Elite Live Scan&Notary

(Please have your live scan request form ready when calling our office for a quote, we will need your ORI Code for an accurate quote)

FEES

Our Fingerprint rolling fee is $20

Government Fees: Depending on the type of Live Scan you are required to do, there might be government fees involved like a DOJ fee (generally $32), FBI fee (generally $17), or other fees ($10 and up).

Group Rate Live Scans and Mobile Fees: Varies (Call for a quote) 909.453-3443

Determining Government Fees: Department of Justice (DOJ)/FBI fees vary depending on
the type of background check requesting agency and/or the type of license, permit, or job you are applying for.

Note: Some background checks only go through the Department of Justice while others may require an additional FBI, CACI (Child Abuse Central Index, for those working with children), or Firearms eligibility fee (if applying for a gun permit).

Traditional Ink Card Fingerprinting (FD-258):

We charge $20 for each fingerprint card rolled or, two cards for $30, each additional card will have a $5 fee.

Passport Photos:

Our Passports Photos are $12 for two compliant 2” x 2” photos

Notary Services are $15 per signature requested.
